About The Role

Flourish Education are working with a mainstream primary school in Dudley to recruit exclusively for a Level 2 Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant with experience with Read Write Inc

This role is to work within a Year 1 class supporting the class teacher and full class learning support

The role is required to start in April.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Relevant Level 2 qualification or above
• At least 1 year of experience within Primary Schools
• Experience of working with RWI
• A good reference from your most recent school
• Good behaviour management

Responsibilities

• To support the whole class with their learning
• To effectively manage the behaviour and routines of the class
• Encourage children’s development and improve their access to the curriculum
