Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Nursery Teacher to join our partner school in Cheltenham on a full-time basis from the end of April.  

The school is situated in Cheltenham, outside the town centre in a residential area with close ties to the local community.

The successful candidate will be working in a Nursery class on a full-time basis and is expected to take full planning, marking and assessment responsibilities. The school are looking for a strong practitioner with high expectations of behaviour.

This Nursery Teacher position is due to start at the end of April and continue until the end of the academic year on a full-time basis.

Required Skills and Experience for this Nursery Teacher role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) ECT’s are considered.
  • Experience teaching EYFS- Reception or Nursery class.
  • Planning, marking and assessment expectations.
  • Commitment to the role.
  • Managing behaviour where necessary.
  • Create a positive learning environment.

The school is located in Cheltenham and is easily accessible from M5 and commutable from, Evesham, Tewkesbury, Swindon Village, Prestbury, Bishops Cleeve, Churchdown and Hatherly. The primary schools all have excellent transport links and most offer onsite parking
