Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Nursery teacher to work on full time basis, working Monday to Friday ASAP at a primary school based in Telford. This role would include working the hours 8:30-4:30 and would involve full class planning and responsibilities.
The school are looking for an experienced teacher but are willing to consider strong ECT’s.
The school is based in Telford which is easily accessible from numerous areas, Flourish Education and the school have been working together for over 5 years and have received regular great feedback from candidates about the school
This role would be starting ASAP and would be up until the end of the academic year.
The responsibilities of this Supply Nursery Teacher are:
- Full class responsibilities, planning, marking and assessments.
- To be a part of the working staff team and attend staff meetings every Wednesday for one hour after school.
- Keep track of the progress of the students
- Make sure all students are safe and keep the working environment safe.
- Ensure you are planning creative lessons
Skills and experience required for this Supply Nursery Teacher role
- Qualified Teacher Status – ECTs are encouraged to apply for this role.
- Experience working in Nursery
- Up-to-date curriculum knowledge
- Taking part and being present in staff meetings
- To plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons to the Nursery class.
- To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant
- To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
- Have 2 strong references covering 24 months.
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS
