You and your friend will earn £100 each and you can refer as many friends as you like therefore, as long as you are consistently referring quality teaching or non-teaching staff who have similar values to you, your bonus potential is unlimited!

• Your friend must be aware that you are referring them to Flourish Education.
• Referral must be received through our Refer A Friend form which can be found on our website here.
• You can not recommend someone who is already working, has previously worked or who is currently in the recruitment process at Flourish Education.
• Any friends introduced must work for 10 days within 3 months of their start date in order for you to receive your £100 bonus and your friend will earn £100 after working 10 full days within the first 4 weeks of going live with us. 
• In order to receive your £100 bonus you must be actively working for Flourish Education.
• The bonus is subject to tax and NI contributions (where applicable)
• The decision of the director is final
