Fraser has been an exemplary school’s advisor for supply for us. He is always available – by phone or email, he is quick and efficient and keeps us up to date with everything he is doing for us. He will do his best to meet our supply needs as quickly as possible – usually on the day, and as he has got to know the school and our needs, he is very good at matching supply staff to suit our requirements. He has also managed to secure for us, excellent long term staff appointments that have been effective and hard working.
Fraser is very personable, he is engaging and incredibly polite and supportive. He builds relationships with his schools – he is as well known by my Admin staff and SLT as he is to me.
I can not commend Fraser high enough for all that he does for us. He is a great ambassador for the firm, to the degree that we then recommend other schools to use Flourish.

Fraser has always provided excellent support to school taking prompt action to fill both daily absence and long term vacancies or making me aware quickly if it is unlikely cover can be found.
Three weeks ago I received a large number of phone calls on a Sunday evening from staff unable to come into work due to illness. I contacted Fraser hoping he would begin to tackle this first thing Monday and prepared myself for an anxious wait. However, Fraser picked up my message on the Sunday, contacted teachers and TA's and filled all absences that evening.
I can not tell you how grateful I was.

Since working with Flourish Education, the process that we go through when booking both long term and last minute supply has improved immensely. Our contact, Fraser, often goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our school. Regardless of the situation, he will go out of his way to offer support wherever he can and it allows us to function as a school much more efficiently. It can be trial and error getting the perfect supply as our school require very experienced SEN staff but Flourish always manage to deliver.

I've worked with Flourish since Easter 2022 and every member of staff is organised, professional and friendly. There is plenty of work but never any pressure to take more than I want.

Great agency to work with, staff are friendly and helpful, especially my consultant Joanne Street, has helped me massively. Super reliable and popular amongst many schools.
