Join us, online, on Tuesday 30^th January at 2pm for our first ever roundtable event, where Michelle Hague – EYFS and School Culture Guru discusses how senior leaders of schools can help support, empower and elevate their EYFS leader.

During this roundtable event, Michelle will be talking to Grant Taylor, MD of Flourish Education about the current challenges around EYFS and how school senior Leaders can support, empower and elevate their EYFS Lead to overcome these challenges.  

Once Michelle has shared her best practice with Grant, we will open up the talk to attendees, to give you the opportunity to ask questions around the points raised in the discussion and any other pressures you may be facing in EYFS.

This roundtable event is a great opportunity for Head Teachers, Assistants Heads and/or Senior Leaders to come together with their EYFS lead to spend 45 minutes focusing on the current pressures of EYFS and to pick up best practice to help support, empower and elevate their EYFS lead into the new year.

After the event, Michelle will share a templated action plan and exemplars with all attendees, to help set you and your EYFS lead for future success.
